There are No comparisons when you talk about Crystal Clinic, Dr Dietrich & his Staff. After a career ending accident i thought the worst. 25 years ago we tried an experimental Surgery. It worked Better than expected, and the Follow Up Care was Phenomenal. Since then I even received a New Total Knee replacement also from Crystal Clinic with Dr. Kepley. Excellent Doctor very personable and knowledgeable, instantly confident in him abilities. Nailed problem in 2 minutes and treated. Outstanding
Dr. Dietrich was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient in answering my many questions (I had SO many!). He explained the various procedures and options in plain language, which I appreciated. Although I decided not to have any surgical procedure done, this visit was productive and informative. Regarding the staff here, including in the reception area, all staffers were super friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. I felt comfortable throughout. - J
