barely listened to my complaints, gave 2 possible diagnosis with vague explanation. Prescribed cream that I was later told by another dermatologist should never be used on the face! Horrible bed side manner
A terrible experience a couple of days ago with his office and the doctor himself. I chose him thru my insurance website due to his experience and as a Harvard University's graduate. The appointment was for 2:30 PM, I checked in at 2 PM, and I was called in at 4 PM. At 4:10 I was out. The doctor spent with me 5 min., without giving any detailed explanations for my questions. The waiting room of the office was small and full with waiting patients: 10 appointments in a half of hour!
