Terrible experience. Did basically nothing to treat and was the most expensive dermatologist I have ever used.
Dr Troccoli is the absolute best. I've been seeing him for many years. He is friendly, thorough and I feel comfortable with him. I had to temporarily go somewhere else because I had to get new insurance out of network and was not happy with any of the other dermatologists, so I changed my insurance again to make sure that it was one that he accepted. Dr Troccoli is my guy, and I want no other. He's the best! David S
I could not have been more impressed with this competent and efficient doctor. Everything about my visit, my procedure and healing went perfectly. Dr. Trocolli is the REAL DEAL. I am thrilled to have found him! (... and, though it is an irrelevant kind of bonus ...he speaks really cute. LOL)
Walked out his office 90 minutes after arriving at appointment time. Could see him sitting at his desk while I waited 25 minutes in exam room. There was no treatment or exam, just couple of minutes talk. Staff is very controlling and unprofessional.
I have been going to him for more than 15 years and highly recommend him.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tricoli for many years, and have always found him to be kind, professional, personable, thorough, and caring. His credentials are outstanding, and he lives up to them. He has my highest recommendation.
Excellent service
Waited 3 hours!!!!!! to be seen, my urgent need was ignored in the waiting room for THREE HOURS despite my poor condition and tears. I was lied to consistently that I'd be called in next. Doctor barely spoke to me, rushed me out after 10 minutes. His diagnosis was wrong. I definitely do not recommend this practice to anyone. I was not treated properly at all.
The office is well managed, friendly and nurses and staff take care of patients and truly care of giving whole care. The wait time was reasonable. Dr. Troccoli is very approachable, concerned and helped me find treatment that continues care of my lower leg benign pigmented purpura or dermatitis.
