I have not been to the dentist in over 7 years and was so scared to make that appointment. I did some research online and came across Dr. Wood, seemed to have good reviews so I made the call. I am very picky about my dentist and hygienist and if they are not thorough I look for a new provider. Dr. Wood and his staff are great! The hygienist made every effort to clean all sides of all of my teeth and always explained everything she was doing. The exam from Dr. Wood was just about the most thorough I've ever had, and a drastic improvement over the 30-second look-see that many other dentists provide. Recently I was in need of immediate and unexpected dental care. In my efforts to find a resolution I consulted with three dentists in order to obtain good information as to how it would be best to address my dental needs. of the three dentists interviewed I found Dr. Woods to be the individual possesing the most scientific mind. I have been a patient of Dr. Wood for approx. 16 years. I have had nothing but wonderful, courteous treatment from Dr. Wood and staff from day one. From the moment you walk in you are always greeted with warm and friendly smiles from Jill and Mary. My hygienist Mindy is just wonderful! There aren't many patients that can say going to the dentist is like catching up with old friends. Thank you all for always making it a pleasant experience.
