Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude. She repeatedly called me “ma’am” over the phone several times after I told her several times that I am in fact a man. After correcting her for the second time, I realized it was not a mistake and it was simply ignorance and disrespect. She also did not know what insurances the doctors office accepts.
