Very rude office staff that absolutely DOES NOT give a shit
Took them a full week to send out the referrals needed for my pain treatment. Had to call them TWICE before they would finally send my referrals out. Playing with my pain treatment and stressing me out on top of my chronic pain condition.
Instead of listening to me, Dr. Sturgeon decided I was a drug addict. It turns out I am disabled by the condition I sought treatment for. One of his interns labeled me as a Type 2 diabetic. It was a lie, and we NEVER discussed my having diabetes. I reported him to the Texas Medical Board for him refusing to remove the lie from my chart. He MALICIOUSLY changed one of my visit summaries to read that I was -begging for Tylenol 3 because of a psychological issue. I cash-paid for my MRI so I could get proof of my pain.
