Worst management company, in the last four years had gotten worst than ever. There is no response on their side, my apartment got flooded because the water pressure in the building and it had happen in 3 different units but they did not want to take any responsibility. The cleaning staff they hire is horrific. The city should inspect all their properties and financial. Totally something fishy here
My apartment in Hollywood used to be managed by Jon Stewart. We thought they were absolutely horrific until we got Barker management which if I could get a minus 10 stars I definitely would. So I'm going to get Jon Stewart a Forester writer and wish we had them back. Sometimes the devil you do know is way better than the devil you don't know
This management Company is racist. It discriminates against blacks, especially when renting. They will only rent their property's to a few token blacks to avoid lawsuits. The Government has issued several warnings to this company regarding discrimination, and has also fired them from managing Government assisted housing.
