I went in today for a fringe correction/trim and had an excellent experience with Davit. Fixing someone else’s poorly done work is not easy- especially when growing out a fringe is already an awkward phase-but he made it look seamless and flattering. I’m very picky with my hair and rarely find stylists who truly understand my needs, but David absolutely did. Highly skilled and detail oriented-I couldn’t be happier with the result!:)

The vibe in the space is cozy, clean, and just feels good to be in. Plus, the location’s super convenient — easy to find and in a great spot. Benjamin is awesome! Super friendly, chill, and seriously talented. He’s got that perfect mix of pro and artist — always knows what’ll look best and somehow nails it every time. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. 10/10 would trust him with my hair any day!

I got an appointment with Waj when I called at the last minute and he had a cancellation. I explained that I had had to cancel with my regular stylist three weeks ago). On the recommendation of my daughter, I called John Steinberg. I'm so grateful to Waj. The highlights and cut were stunning. He instinctively knew how to brighten my face, both with the highlights, that perfectly blended with my grey, and the cut. I look a decade younger. I am from out of town and just needed a quick clean up trim. The owner took me within five minutes of walking in before his next appointment. He was extremely helpful and must have spent 20 minutes with me while I thought it would take just 5 minutes for what I was thinking. When he was finished and I went to pay he says it was on him , no charge even though I insisted. How often does that happen these days. Super nice , very professional and did exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you 🙏🙂

The best in the business. Ben, Sean, and the team always go out of their way to make every visit as comfortable as possible. I’ve tried plenty of good* places in the city over the years, but JS&A is definitely a cut above.
