I have had a car for 3 months, 2011 Ford Taurus SHO. I have made 2 payments on it. I had a limited time warranty and I had issues with it from the start but each time I took it in, “oh it’s fine” but when when I would time my ford to the FORD DEALER, they would tell me other wise. I will never do business here again. They all are comeplete morons and liars. They have the dumbest service tech oh we have done a rigorous check, inspection, and tune up. I don't think this company knows how to be truthful or polite. They tell me nothing's wrong with my car 4 days after I bought it. Took it to them, oh nothing is wrong. Took it in again. Currently at John Saunders looking to get a car. Found the car I like, called and said they still had it, came in and they can't find the keys and tell me that I have to come back Monday. I am here on a Saturday for a reason. I work. I am saddened by the poor customer service.
