They “repaired” my trailblazer last year. Their service writers were consistently rude and refused to give me an explanation of what was going on. I was given attitude when I requested the supposed broken parts. They refused to honor the warranty on a brand new transmission purchased from them. Ended up have to shell out an additional $3200 on top of the cost of the transmission. Had my car for 7 WEEKS! I’ve never patronize them however they have spammed my email heavily for no reason. I received five emails today from them. Hey guys if you think your email promotions are effective they are NOT. They’re annoying and intrusive. five me emails within one hour give me a break. If there was any chance that I ever would patronize your place there is no chance in hell that I would now.
Phenomenal. We were out here on vacation when my car started making noise. They had got us in without an appointment, and had it all fixed within an hour. Hand down the nicest, most professional Chevrolet dealer that I’ve ever been too. Wish I actually lived by it! Keep up the great work!
Second car I bought from here. My Cobalt was still in good shape after 10 years, unfortunately I was hit and it was a total loss. This time around I had a bit of anxiety knowing I would have another car payment in my life. They really worked with me to get me a nice car with a payment I can feel comfortable with. Reposting since Facebook asked me to and my last review was never posted. I was sold a junk car at $4,000. Had to put at least $2,500 into it. Needed: brakes, rotors, calipers, 4 wheel alignment, 4 wheel tire balance, battery, 2 window motors, AC service, new fluids, and needs a motor since the head gasket was bad along with 3 other gaskets. Can't even resell it. Nobody wants it due to the frame issues. Wishing I never sold my truck now. Lesson Learned...don't buy "AS IS" cars. P.S. - I am PA Vehicle Inspection Certified.
If I hadn't experienced it myself I wouldn't have believed it. Bought a used truck there yesterday. Ken Holland and the manager (forget his name :) were laid back, honest, down to earth, easy to talk to and SUPER accommodating, unlike any other car salesmen I have ever dealt with in the last 60 years. Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had at a car dealership.
The service people were very helpful and friendly.
Our salesman, Will, was excellent and was able to locate a new vehicle for us with our requested specs. The process took a little longer than I expected, but all things considered we are happy. Thank you Will!
