I recently had the pleasure of working with the Sandegren's again. Despite my heat not working when I called them, I had a space heater and was not in a huge rush. We just needed heat before the temps dropped again. They were able to work me in the same day, Jacob and an older gentleman(sorry, I didn't catch your name) had my furnace functioning properly within an hour and a half, and they left to get a part. I recently needed ther service for a furnace and water heater, extremely pleased with ther knowledge and service and the way they do business, ottumwa is lucky to have them,I wouldn't consider anyone else,they hold up a steller reputation much appreciated, a rarity in today's world but with them its how they do business, a family tradition,

Called at 4:43 today and the technician was at my house looking at our furnace at 4:55. The temp in my house got down to 62 due to the furnace not working and Jacob had the house warmed back up within 10 minutes. Excellent service.
