JOHNNY - Outstanding stylist – I had the greatest experience at the John Sahag Workshop. My stylist was Johnny and he did an amazing job. What a fabulous experience at Sahag with GABRIEL – I really expected to be treated poorly, as has been my experience with well-known salons. What a great surprise it was for me at Sahag! I was able to get an appointment with Gabriel who is a total gentleman. I do not have hair vocabulary, but Gabriel was able to understand exactly what I wanted and give it to me. Avoid at All Costs – I went to this salon based on an article written about it in Vogue. My stylist was Gabriel. I described clearly what I wanted (a tiny trim - no more than 1 inch). He proceeded to cuty deep chin-length layers in my hair. When I interrupted to explain that way too much hair was being cut and that my naturally thin, fly-away hair did not work with such layers, I was rudely interrupted and basically made fun of. Amazing haircut! – I went to John Sahag for the first time last month and received the absolute BEST haircut ever. The level of detail and technical expertise of my stylist Carmela surpassed even my highest expectations. I am still receiving compliments 4 weeks later! You're gonna have to fight me for Gabriel... – ...'cause I'm in love with him, too!! Start to finish, it was BY FAR the best haircut experience I've had in my life. Relaxing, easy-to-talk to staff, from the receptionist to the girl who straightened my hair, and of course, Gabriel. He felt like an old friend. In the end, I came out with a fabulous cut that blends seamlessly and falls amazingly. He is a true master and WELL worth the price. I will never go anywhere else!
