Great staff and Doctor
He was polite and explained things in terms that were understandable.
Took time to good explanations and alternatives. In addition, he also made some good points about other body parts that I not there for.
Dr. Clapp was professional and he made me feel comfortable in talking to him.

I’ve been dealing with back pain for about 20 years and have already dealt with one surgery. This is the first doctor I’ve met with who had really solid advice, answers, and a depth of knowledge regarding choices. I was beyond impressed!
Dr Clapp went into great detail about what was wrong with me and the surgery I would need to correct it. I’ve been seeing doctors for a year now and no one could be as knowledgeable as Dr Clapp.
First of all, Laura is so kind all the time. Then, Dr Clapp takes time to listen. He’s knowledgeable about many things. And is interested in our well-being. It’s always a pleasure to talk with him.
He performed an ACDF on me and I had immediate pain relief. He is patient with explanations. He is a good person as well.
