Nurse Sherry was very rude to me telling me that the Dr. refused to refill my prescription because I've not seen him. I realize that this is a problem but you don't have to treat me like I'm some kind of drug addict. I'm glad that I no longer commute to work or else the lack of my narcolepsy medication would be a very dangerous proposition. I've never had any problems with Dr. Robertson. Fantastic, fun, caring staff and administration-everytime. This is important so that you feel comfortable sharing with your doctor. My experience with Dr. Robertson is that he is very thorough, kind, relatable, and professional. Never felt rushed or delayed. Genuine care from a doctor who listens intently and communicates very well inspiring confidence in an important area of life where the subject matter is not always comfortable or understood with great ease.

Dr Robertson and his staff are really outstanding. They are very nice and very efficient. It is very obvious they like their job. Dr Robertson is the most conscientious doctor I have seen. He takes the time to listen and does a comprehensive examination without hurrying through it. He also takes the time to call personally to explain things instead of having his staff call. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff.
