Dr. John is the best doctor ever I have been seeing him for over 10 plus years. He always takes the time to listen to my needs. I do not feel rushed at all. He is kind and personable and makes me feel valued. He is proactive in meeting my needs; thyroid, cholesterol, allergies, etc. He is absolutely excellent!! I'd recommend him and his over the top fabulous staff esp Shelley, his nurse assistant and Debbie, my phlebotomist to anyone!! I've been a patient of Doc Robertson for many years and he's been great every visit for my whole family. Thank you Doc for all you've done for us. Please don't retire before I'm gone.
The staff are very friendly and do not seem to change often (no high turnaround) so Dr. Robertson must also be a good person to work for. My routine visits on 6-month intervals over the past 6-7 years have been the best experience so far in comparison to all of the other doctors I've had. Mom is losing her memory and won’t wear her hearing aids. Dr Robertson explained everything clearly to us and came up with several things to try to improve her quality of life. He was very patient with her.
