Grade A customer service!
Bad experience here. Service department plays bait and switch. I have a issue with how BRUCE does his job. The blower in our BRAND NEW Altima that has 6 thousand miles is making a noise. Drove 35 minutes to have John Roberts Nissan, from whom we bought the car from, to tell me they were too busy to look at the problem and to come back today at 1:30pm. They said it would be under warranty. My 21 year old son took the car back today, because hey, I have to work at a job. They were totally disrespectful to him and after waiting... read more
