My entire experience with Dr. Hayes lasted a total of no more than 3 minutes start to finish. I was referred to SSI by my Primary Phys. The staff was friendly but short, as if in a big rush. When the doc entered my exam room, he quickly introduced himself and literally glanced at the spot on my skin before deciding it was pre-cancer. He looked at his assistant and had her call down the hall for a cryo canister. He (in the matter of seconds) told me "I'm going to freeze the spot.
