Appointment started on time. Dr. Hayes’ nurse was both professional and friendly. My anxiety was somewhat high but she put me completely at ease. Only saw Dr. Hayes briefly but he was also professional and answered my questions. Biopsy was performed and scheduled to see him again in a few weeks.
My appt was 940. I arrived at 915. Was in exam room at 920 and out the door by 925. My visit was for mole check on my face and and removal of skin tag by freezing. Dr Hayes was in and out quite rapidly. Nurse was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect over next 2 weeks.

Very thorough, followed up on all prior surgeries and continued to check for any other skin abnormalities.
Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend and return to him in the future, if needed.
John was very helpful. Always takes time to answer questions and provide advice.
He wasn’t very personable and made me feel dumb for bringing my child in to have a mole checked.
Timely appointment--Dr Hayes was informative about the areas of concern. Biopsies performed without problems. Thank you
