I would give zero stars if I could. My expirience with this medical group was absolutely horrible! I have never been treated so poorly and my mother wasn't even able to see the doctors! This took place Thursday last week. We got the referral from the ER when my mother broke her wrist and ankle. When I take her in for her appointment we start the check in process at the front desk. I believe they are very knowledgeable in their field. But don't seem prepared when coming to talk to a patient.
Three years ago I was referred to Dr. Larsen for hand surgery... I felt safe and confident in his skills. The surgery was easy to recover from and I have No scars. Yesterday, I had surgery on my other hand and Dr Larsen and ALL the staff again, took Great care of me! They were the First and Only place I wanted to do my surgery... Thank you�

Dr. Kobayashi and the nurses in the surgery center were wonderful. Great facility!
Great doctor but expect to wait up to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment.
Dr. Purcell was amazing. He gave me more information on my knee problems in 40 minutes than I have gotten in 15 years. Great bedside manner, knew what he was talking about, very pleasant. The best experience I have ever had seeing any doctor.
Great doctors and staff!!! I would highly recommend.
