The office staff was patient and helpful as we worked through some difficulty with insurance info that had been driving me nuts, the cleaning was gentle and the dentist didn't push me to do a procedure I really should do and don't want to. I felt respected the moment I walked in. A family member with some mild cognitive issue also felt welcome a comfortable.
Every 6 months Dr. Shand's team greets you with friendly smiles and performs a great job checking, cleaning and polishing my teeth.
Just some X-Rays and a cleaning. Nothing major. It all went fine.
Dr. Shand is, in my opinion, the very best Dentist in town. He is funny, gentle and an expert with any of your problems. Every one else in the office is great too.
Had a great dental experience at Dr. Shand's office. I felt welcome and the hygienist put my mind at ease because I was nervous and had to explain I hadn't had the best dental care in recent years while living in another state. The staff was wonderful and professional. Dr. Shand welcomed me back and the best news was that I didn't need any further work done at this time!
