I'm in pre-surgical phase but, thus far, I'm less than impressed. Front desk/check in compares to the DMV. I never met the physician but met his PA, who seemed knowledgeable. However, my experiences with the current "scheduler" has led me to getting a second opinion & referal. Her lack of accountability/professionalism and inability to field basic phone calls & questions, which has resulted in her lying to me, has left me to distrust "going under the knife" here.
Dr Moore attempted to cover up his co surgeon Dr Fedder's incompetent knee replacement on my wife when he talked us out of time to sue , Dr Moore attempted twice to correct without success,, my wife has a non union fracture and broken metal . She cannot walk since 2005. Beware.
