Dr. Massey was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a physician. Every time I went to his office I left in tears. He was arrogant rude Condescending. I had a spinal cord tumor removed from my back and became addicted to opiates. By the time I saw him I had been off of that type of medication for months and was open to any and all other solutions. Dr. Massey treated me like dirt and like I was nothing but An addict and my pain was not real.
Did two injections in my back for pain. Missed both times.
He tells you he knows whats wrong snd says he can fix you. Not true also lies to worknan comp says he fixed you. Seek real dr that is there for you. I suffer everyday with headaches and neck pain. He left lincoln didnt even tell his patients.
Worse experience I've ever had ! Rude, acts like your just there to get pills.
Very caring and pleasant every time. He is still trying to figure out how to help me get through this pain. I find it hard to believe that he is rude to anyone! Also, have never had a rude nurse!
Poor bedside manner, spends at little time as possible to get to know patient's and most importantly their PMH. This is something that can kill a patient! All meds, allergies, and complications SHOULD be a part of a Doctor's knowledge, & review prior to entering the office to visit and prescribe medications for the whole 4-6 minutes he spends with a patient. Nursing staff is rude, and don't call back in a timely manner.
Don't see him. Poor bedside manner. Nurse is rude. My last appt. With him lasted at most 4 minutes. Recommend more tests which I had done recently. I was in so much pain I couldn't walk for more than 50 ft. Walked out of the room without time for us to ask questions & nurse said he was too busy to answer questions. Any Dr. Of mine who spends less than 15 minutes with me & refuses to answer questions is no longer my Dr.
Had him as a physician and he was great but came back into town and they couldn't obtain medical records when they said they could so they told me they would no longer see me as a patient.Nurses were rude with no compassion. It was very disappointing that they treat people this way.
