The few personnel on duty get 5 stars but entering hour number 4 I wish I had taken my wife elsewhere. BTW it wasn't really busy. The problem seems to be lack of staffing.
Dr Robert Weller drained a cyst on my neck. Great surgeon... personable, confident and caring. He reduced my cyst significantly eliminating the inflammation, redness and pain. Thank you, Dr Robert Weller.

11 hours in the ER. And while I understand the long wait times are to be expected, there has got to be a better means of care while we wait. I mean it's the dead of winter and we weren't even asked if we needed a blanket. We're just packed into the hallway after basic vitals and the only interaction was temperature and blood pressure every few hours. We were barely acknowledged until we got a room.
