WORST dental experience ever. I have been going to this practice for over 5 years (dentists seem to come and go), but the last dentist seen was Dr. Smith. I followed her treatment plan, but had an issue with a product that was not working properly - after 3 failed attempts in less than 9 mos, I requested that the item be re-ordered as it is evident the item is faulty. Dr. Smith refused, blamed me for the failure, and when questioned, I was asked to leave their office. I strongly do NOT recommend anyone be seen here - the ... read more

My son has had multiple dental procedures over the past year, and I have been very pleased with his care and the communication. Although I am only involved from the financial aspect of his dental procedures, I have had to speak with the office several times. I am particularly impressed with Tyra. She has communicated with me, over the past few months, regarding insurance coverage and timing of the different procedures. Tyra also has been very understanding about appointments to accommodate my son's work schedule. She is... read more
Horrible office staff
Me: a fearful patient due to a difficult dental history since childhood, with a low pain threshold, and high-quality requirement. I therefore need excellence, expertise, handholding and patience and explanations. Also: different levels of sedation, depending upon procedure. A periodontist praised South Broward Dentistry & Prosthodontics (SBD&P) as the dentistry “gold standard”, and described Dr. Michael Simon as “an artist” in creating beautiful smiles. He was patient, helpful, et al. BUT veneers (made for “beautiful smil... read more

After being to the dentist once in last 20 years I was super anxious about going to the dentist. They all were very welcoming and understanding. The front desk was very attentive and helped me with my paperwork and insurance info. Brittany my hygienist was AMAZING!! She communicated very well and explained everything they were doing and answered all my crazy questions not even related to dentistry. I am unable to remember the name of the dentist I saw but believe it is co-owned by a family and I had the wife that had amazing... read more
They were so unfriendly with us up front I had an argument with them they were being really s***** with me and my husband and I let them know it and none of them wanted to wait on those days turned their backs on us twice that we went in there that's when I got mad and started telling them what was wrong with them we've been standing there and they were ignoring us.. and my husband lost out on 3 weeks of pay because the dentist did not want to sign his paper so for his FMLA and we lost down fell behind on bills because of th... read more
Doctors take the “Hippocratic Oath” to do no harm, but none exists for dentists. Some dental schools administer their version of it upon graduation, but there is no requirement. Think about that as you read my long overdue review, which is complex and painful for me to write, but represents my experiences. Me: a fearful patient due to a difficult dental history since childhood, with a low pain threshold, and high-quality requirement. I have been coming to Lifetime Dental for close to 15 years now. I love my dentists. I loved Dr Goldbreath and now I love Dr Dafne. He is the best in town. Very knowledgeable, his experience and expertise on both dental health and mouth cancer detection are extremely important to me, which he has demonstrated each time, every time. The crew including the staff, hygiene, and dental assistants are so professional and knowledgeable. My favorites are, Ms Pam and Ms Jai. I love these ladies. Elena, Flower Mound.
