My boyfriend and I came herr for just a nice night out last night. He had the Cowboy Ribiy which was perfect and so delicious. I had the Beef Wellington and it was okay... it was over done for my personal preference so the steak was a bit more tough than I would have liked We both both felt the garlic mashed potatoes were plain and almost tasted like instant potatoes. We've been going to the Whaling Station for years and it never disappoints us. The food is excellent and the people are great.
We were there celebrating our 33 Anniversary and had a phenomenal dinner. Thanks so much to chef Dave (hope I got it right) and everyone who took such excellent care of us.
My steak melted in my mouth, it was so good. The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Well worth the cost and I would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to going again!!!
My husband and I had dinner there for our 15th anniversary. Everything was very nice. The wait staff was courteous, and the food was very tasty. We both enjoyed the ribeye, which was expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection The ambiance was very romantic despite the torrential rain and winds outside that caused a blackout. A few candles later and we were still having a great time. We would definitely dine there again. 😊
Had dinner on Valentines ( we made a reservation) Were seated right away great service � waiter sent over a birthday dessert � dinner was perfect, service was excellent!!! Worth evey penny!!! ����
Excellent service and delicious food! I had the blackened prawns with risotto and it was so filling and delicious. Caesar salad prepared at the table and a great wine selection. All guests were smiling and enjoying themselves. We will be coming back!
