I spoke with the owner before & after the work. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work & friendly service. We have had several projects completed by Peters Roofing. We have referred Peters to many friends & family.
5-Star Team! Had an awesome experience with entire staff to Include John, Chris, Isabel and the installers. Project was seamless from first phone contact to completion of roof and gutters. Product selection, insurance coordination, quoting/billing process was quick and easy with no surprises or errors. Professional, friendly, timely and flawless!!! For the most part we dealt with Ben. He was very responsible and professional.... always on time for agreed appointments. My only complaint is that the claim included replacing screens on 4 doors. I noticed the screen was partially coming out of the frame on 2 doors. I notified Ben and he said that he would let the appropriate people know there was a problem. **We are not being paid or getting any discount for saying this** The storm that came through on June 18th tore up our roof. Chris Poling immediately messaged us asking if we needed anyone to tarp it up. He showed up with his guys that night and got it tarped to stay dry. Chris worked with the adjuster and they decided to replace the entire roof. Chris and the guys from John Peters Roofing got to our house today at 6am to beat the heat. The tear off was done by 830am.
