Dr. Newport is absolutely fantastic; he takes the adequate time to keep you in the loop with what’s going on with your health. However, my interactions with the scheduling staff left little to be desired. I initially spoke with someone at the Laurel Avenue office, and this person acted like they were to busy to assist me—I was given incorrect contact information for another office (which hadn’t even opened yet!) Dr.John Paul Newport he take time to listen to you and he explained things to you even if he have to show you his staff is awesome they are very friendly and greet you with a smile.. even the customer service on the phone when you call to schedule appointment they're nice💯💯💯.. 😀😀😀
1st time seeing DR JOHN P Newport he took his time and explain everything to me, I have a kidney stone to big to pass so he explain the option I have to get the kidney stone out, in 2 days they call me and told me the day of my surgery, I am very happy with my Dr JOHN P NEWPORT, I will update and let you know how the surgery went.
