Went to JPJ for the Paul McCartney concert and had a spectacular time. All of the staff was completely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, in my experiences with venues of this size usually you get one of those at best. despite being an arena, the size and steep rise almost made the venue feel intimate. Reasonable prices for concessions and well maintained facilities including restrooms. Well most certainty look to return for future events.
Don't know what these ppl are saying about it being horrible. It is Clearly marked with one of 3 exits off the interstate that take you right to the parking lot. I've been to numerous basketball games, they have exiting the lot down to a science. The arena is less than 10 years old, the acoustics are awesome. I've been to ball games, concerts, even Disney events, the place is well kept, clean and staffed with nice, knowledgeable people.
