I was in the doctor’s office buying sole inserts hoping they would help my plantar fasciitis. The doctor heard I was leaving town the next day and would need to do a great deal of walking. He worked me into his schedule that day and gave me the advice I needed. The inserts, as well as following his advice, relieved my pain. I was able to enjoy my trip.
My experience was great last time I saw Dr. Patton
While I trust Dr. Patton as a Dr. and have had a good experience with him....I will not be returning to his office for future care due to his back office nurse, Kim. Her beside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if she just doesn't like me as a person or is she is like that with every patient. She is very abrupt, short and gives one the feeling that you are a bother. Even if she doesn't like a person, she should work on being kind...that's what you do when you work with the public.
