As always, the recent appointment was wonderful. Dr. Palsis is a phenomenal doctor! He is professional, knowledgeable, committed, and compassionate in his care. The medical assistants and office staff treat patients with respect and dignity. The entire team consistently reflects excellence as their standard!
I got a friendly greeting as I came in the office. My wait was short, and, as always, Dr Palsis was extremely friendly, professional, and not rushed. He was there to explain what to expect and answered all of my questions.
EVERYONE at this practice was cheerful, helpful and accommodating. I was ecstatic about finally getting a diagnosis of my bicep. When Cory told me that I didn't need surgery and that I could resume my workouts and playing pickleball, I told him that I was going to leave quickly in case he changed his mind.
