My experience with Dr. Naus today was a complete waste of time and money. My appointment was at 10am, I waited 2 hours to be told that I could come back at 2 if I couldn't continue to wait. Then when I did finally see the doctor, I was told to go and see a therapist and get more sleep. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and my appointment was to take over my medication management. Absolute joke.

His staff, Dr naus, and cheryl are amazing!!! I've been going to him over a year. You do have to go online a couple of days prior to your refill due date and request a refill. They are very fast at getting it done. Same day. Never tried calling one in. I know with going online they do it the day of!very helpful and getting to the root of the problem. High reccomend!

He really listened during the first appointment and overall I was impressed with him but the wait time was ridiculous. Second visit was good with the nurse practitioner...still had to wait a while. Third time I couldn’t tell you because I’ve still been waiting over an hour!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Naus. I feel extremely good about our plan going forward. He does not pry and does not ask a bunch of invasive questions. He took the time with me to explain things. From my previous psychiatrist, I am just so impressed by Dr. Naus. Only four stars because I had to wait an hour to see him. I do understand next visit will be with a NP, which doesn't bother me. Dr Naus is great.

when I called for my appointment I asked if he was in network was told he was. Showed up for my appointment, was charged $175 because he wasn’t in network. My next appointment I was told I was seeing his PA. Not very impressed. Then I found out by another doctor that I’m not even on the right medicine and that’s why I’m still having panic attacks. Not going there anymore.

Went to his office and after 4 visits of having to call multiple times for refills and scheduling conflicts, I was told that because I confronted the office staff (in a very professional manner) for their rude behavior, I was discharged as a patient by the office clerk! I immediately demanded to speak to Dr. Naus requesting to know why his office staff had the capability to discharge patients at the front counter without consulting the manager or physician.

I saw one of his PA's a year ago. They prescribed me medication. Asked me to come back. I decided to go to my family Dr who's closer. So I cancelled 1 "ONE" appointment back then. My family Dr has been taking care of my refills. I just found out Dr Naus' office discharged me as a patient due to "Non-Comliance". WTH? One cancelled appt? I didn't find this little bit of info until after sitting on their waiting room for an hour. They are very pretty.

Horrible experience. Asked how I could help my daughter with her out of control panic attacks he said call the police she is a grown woman (19 yrs old) she know whats right. Gave me the impression he is only a drug pusher. He sees you first time then never again and if you ask to see him he is put out. His nurse practitioner, Cheryl Tiblets was wonderful I recommend her and my advice for her would be work under a caring doctor not him. I have informed all our dr's of our experience.
