I was flying to Hawaii and I booked online. I couldn't get the date that I wanted but contacted them through fb messenger and was able to get the date I needed. They were very kind and responsive on fb messenger.
I have had mostly good experience with the John Muir Health system so far. - the bad news: the Rossmoor location doesn't have any enough primary care physicians or my specific specialist needs. - the good news: other locations have worked out well except for maddening local transportation issues. Specialist physicians have online access to images and referrals have resulted in appointments sooner than later. Support facilities for imaging and procedures are often in the same building. I love Dr Karimian..the dentist there. He's a little expensive but really goes over your options with you and gives you all the time you need to decide....not pushy. And he really wants to make sure you are happy with the work. If not he'll fix it until you are.
Horrific Experience - Please visit another lab Arrived around 10:00 a.m. to do a lab...the sign at the desk indicated that they would be back in 15 minutes but carefully explained what to do. I completed forms waited about 20 minutes finally someone showed up and took my paperwork. She said there was 1 patient ahead of me. When the patient left, still no technician arrived to get me.
