Waited 5 hrs to see a doctor. Then another couple hours in the patient room. This was a very long and stressful process.
RecommendedI recommend Mark for your Nurse in the ED. Especially if you have to get an IV. My son has nonexistent veins and Mark got it on the first poke!!!!! No fishing around for veins when Mark is your nurse. He made a horrible experience with a sick child turn into a not so horrible experience. I will forever remember that.
All the staffs are friendly especially the doctor & nurses assigned while i’m temporarily here. this is a great place to be if you are really sick.
In all my years with John Muir, my family and I have always received the best care at John Muir!! I've never been disappointed. The most recent visit was to the ER for my 10 year old. He had a very bad ear infection (9 on the pain scale). We arrived around 1 am Sunday. We lucked out and it wasn't busy. We were immediately seen and put in a room. From the time I arrived at the ER to the time my patient was discharged pure professionalism. Everyone who attended to my daughter, thank you so much.
The er doctor was great. I loved his personality as well as his skills. I was there about 2 hours which is awesome er visits are usually 4 to 5 hours other places. The nurse was nice. But Dr Peter Benson was the greatest. He has compassion and listens to you.
