Compared to Kaiser, John Muir is thee best. My parents, and the elderly lady I care for have all been patients of JMH and more frequent in the recent years. I’ve never experienced the nightmare of neglect and terrible bedside manners as my Kaiser client has had with staff. ER visits here also improved. At least from my personal experiences. From ER to admission, to different floors, 5th to 2nd, 2nd to 6th, to discharge. I’m a recently new mom and 3 days postpartum. I wanted to come in here and write a review about how my labor experience went! I was admitted on the 6th and gave birth on the 7th. First off Labor and Delivery team Phenomenal! There were a couple nurses who really stood out to me and were there to my tend my needs willingly and very quick as well. Very good in everything
I just returned home from a complex knee revision surgery at JM. I have never had finer care than this. 1 week post op and minimal discomfort using Tylenol, Celebrex and Gabapentin only (no opioids which means no opioid withdrawals or other effects). I am still recovering but feel great. Thank you Dr Kronick and all who assisted. Thank you Ortho floor (what a fine team you are). And thanks to anyone I encountered, as every single person was friendly and competent. Viva John Muir.
I want to leave a five-star review for the incredible team at John Muir Rehab for the outstanding care they’ve given my mother after a terrible car accident. As her daughter, being in another state and unable to be there with her has been incredibly difficult.
