There is no concerns regarding directing the patient to the right pharmacy for medication. Their phone system is well separated from what is happening in real time at the clinic.

The medical services are fine but billing, customer support is horrible. They sent due bills even after timely payment and redirected to collection center. I have called multiple times to resolve the issue and they had mentioned that system issue on clearing payments, no history of calls, it is unorganized system, total mess, no one is responsible. Stay away from this hospital network/Walnut Creek/Pleasanton. Total crazy medical network and unprofessional business practice.
I would like to share my experiences over the course of several years with Dr B Saw He does not read records, he did not request any tests other than an EKG in the several years I was with him. Even after a severe accident that created a lot of fluid around my heart for months. I was only informed of this after a pacer check was ordered for an operation on my neck by my surgeon.
