Dr. Madhu Gupta is an excellent family medicine physician. She is compassionate, attentive, and always makes time to listen to my concerns. I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and experienced doctor.
There is no concerns regarding directing the patient to the right pharmacy for medication. Their phone system is well separated from what is happening in real time at the clinic.

The medical services are fine but billing, customer support is horrible. They sent due bills even after timely payment and redirected to collection center. I have called multiple times to resolve the issue and they had mentioned that system issue on clearing payments, no history of calls, it is unorganized system, total mess, no one is responsible. Stay away from this hospital network/Walnut Creek/Pleasanton. Total crazy medical network and unprofessional business practice.
