On a Friday, our air goes out. I called a large reputable company we've used before, but they told me they couldn't come out until Wednesday!!!! So, I go online and find John Moore Servuces. They had an opening for saturday at "around 11." The tech showed up exactly at 11 the next day, figured out what was wrong, had the part in his van, installed it, and our air was up and running within the hour. We had a major ac issue over the weekend. I didn't know who to call or what to do. I'm so glad my neighbor told me about John Moore Services. It took some time but a tech was able to fix us up so we only suffered for a day vrs all weekend. The tech was very nice and went out of his way to explain what he was going to do. W will use them again for sure.
John Moore Services is quick, responsive, and everyone I've spoken with was as nice as can be. As a new-ish homeowner, they walked me through everything and I found them so nice to work with and they did a great job. (The technician also showed up within the scheduled window- always a bonus for me!) I had a shower with a faulty lever and cartridge, and he fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price.
We couldn't be happier with John Moore and his techs. My parents had some plumbing and flooding issues and they came out and resolved everything and cleaned up a mess they didn't make. They were very knowledgable and kept the kids in the loop. We really appreciate that.

Was very pleased with John Moore services. They were knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. We hired them to install a few fixtures and in the process they identified and repaired other small issues that we were initially unaware of. Will definitely use them again
I bought an old place with old everything. I had several people out to look at things but nobody could take care of it all. Then I saw an ad for John Moore Services. I made an appointment. They sent out an ac tech, plumber and electrical. They were freakin awesome. We are taking baby steps. They did what absolutely had to be done for my safety and I will have them back to do other things. I found my go to for home service. Thanks guys.
The tech came out very fast after we called and said my wife was pregnant and the temps in the house were in the 80's. They brought a portable unit and cooled down one room very quickly while they fixed our unit. They explained everything as they were going. We will use them agian. They were a lifesaver
