I also would give them a negative star rating if possible. Took my car for a $2,600 repair of the transfer case. Every time I would call for an update (because they never called me unless I ranted and made them promise) I would be placed on hold, several time for over half an hour when I would hang up and call back only to be told the person I was waiting for had left for the day. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently brought my vehicle in for service (oil change service and brakes). When I was told that my vehicle was ready it still took them almost a hour to check me out even though I was the only person there at that time. When I pulled off I got less than 1 mile down the road and heard a ticking sound coming from one tire. The service department is an absolute joke. I had a oil change a few weeks ago only to notice today that I had oil leaking from my vehicle. My brother looked under the vehicle and said oil was all over the filter. I took the vehicle up to the dealership immediately. I arrived, the line was backed out to the road and did not move for 20 minutes. I go in and explain that I have oil leaking and it looks like it is coming from the filter. I am only leaving 1 Star because I am unable to leave -0 Stars. i took my Suburban to them last week running great, to get oil changed and transmission oil changed and they discovered 3 recalls. They said they had to keep my vehicle overnight that Monday because the only one who can do recalls was off on Monday. At John Miles Chevrolet, a mechanic rode with me for less than 15 minutes and thought he knew where the rattle in my dashboard was coming from on my 2019 Equinox. I had an appointment on June 3, 2019 for the repair - (adjustment to the hood that does not warrant keeping a car for 24 hours). My car was supposedly repaired that day and the service department did not call me to pick up my car.
