My daughter has been seeing him since she was 3 he’s the best! She’s now 20 and still sees him! Honest and to the point.
He treated my 7yo for the first Time yesterday and was great with him. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time yet, didn’t drag the visit out. And not just him the entire office was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient This was really one of my first experiences with the Henry Ford health system. I think we have now converted from Beaumont.
Dr. Howard and the nursing staff are great ! Patient, friendly, highly competent. The reception desk is quite the opposite. No one greets you when you walk in.. The first time here I awkwardly stood for 30 seconds while no one looked up or said anything and finally started to walk away to see if there was another place to check in and then someone spoke. They appear to hate their jobs and have little interest in customer service or smiling. Once you get past there, everything is good though!
