Took me 2 years to pick a surgeon. Dr Irving’s name came up so many times I had to choose him and glad I did. From minimal pain levels to quick recovery, everything when as good as can be for such a major surgery.
Dr. Irving is THE best. Many years of experience, good bedside manner, friendly and professional. His staff are all so nice & professional. They all love Dr. Irving. So blessed I was able to have him as my dr. He replaced both my hips. First surgery in August and 2nd hip December 3rd. He gave me my life back & Im forever greatful.
Dr. Bernstein diagnosed Dupuytren’s Contracture on the small finger of my left (non-dominant) hand. He provided careful and conservative monitoring of the progression of the contracture and gave me an intelligent explanation of the prognosis and different treatment options. We eventually agreed to surgical treatment. Dr. Moran recommended no relief from my issue. Didn't even recommended a cortisone shot . Told me to get a brace and ointment never telling what ointment or setting me up with a brace. I think I'm going back to my original doctor who properly diagnosed my problem. I went there to establish a relationship with Connecticut orthopedic for future surgery on my thumb cause I like their surgical center and close proximity to my house. Over the weekend the finger Thomas Moran, M.D. said needed trigger finger surgery went viral – the tendon snapped or something. Finger was swollen 50% above normal, and ecchymotic. Called his office Monday morning - couldn’t see me until Tuesday. Told Billing Dept. my retirement (social security) check not due until Wednesday, and need to defer copayment until then.
