I just completed a purchase of a home in the Everett area using a John L Scott realtor. I requested a difficult contract be negotiated on my behalf. Although the John L Scott realtor was eventually able to negotiate my request, it required a lot of pushing on my part. And, after the contract was signed by all parties, the seller broke the contract. John L Scott did not assist me, the buyer, in enforcing the contract at all.
