Great Property Management Company. My son rents a place and so do I. Online bill pay and excellent maintenance.
Lisa was fantastic! So friendly and helpful. She’s so good at navigating all the paperwork and negotiating. Her husband came along a lot and he was great for looking at structural things. I felt so comfortable in her hands and she gave such a cute present at the end. I highly recommend her services!
The Ayers team was wonderful to work with! They are very responsive, showed us all properties we wanted to see, (and made suggestions of ones we might be interested in) and made accommodations for our schedule. They are so organized and professional, and even though we were just purchasing raw land they gave us the same amount of attention and support as would be expected for a larger purchase. We felt supported and like we had someone looking out for our interests through the whole process. We highly recommend Lisa and Ken!
