Summer residents in Flagstaff. Needed a cleaning and check up. Called and got a next day appointment. All the staff are attentive and very professional. Xrays, cleaning and check up by the dentist all performed with excellent customer service. I like this place! Highly recommend it for dental services.
Simply based on front desk manager. Been with dr. Bacon for a few years. I am in the process of switching jobs so wanted to get my teeth cleaned before lapse of insurance. Drove 2 hours from prescott and was 10 minutes late and was told can't get it done today after being told on the phone it's fine. After being rude on the phone, the front desk "manager" made poor attempt at resolving the issue unapologetically and now all of a sudden I could get everything done. Great job "manager".
Great dental hygienists. Unfortunately horrible front desk staff. Inexperienced, rude staff that cant make up their mind on resolution of simple issues. Was looking forward to rejoining them as a patient for cleaning and whitening after I moved back to Arizona but not after this.
I have been going to this practice for years. Best dental care I've ever received. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. It makes a positive difference over the standard twice a year. Better to intercept problems early and the hygienist I see named Jamie is great.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bacon’s going on 28 years & think the very best of him & his staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He always takes the very, very best care of me and I always trust him explicitly. Today I was so impressed that they were able to get me in the day I called!
I honestly love going to Flagstaff Downtown Dental. They always do such a wonderful job and really educate and take care of their patients. I always leave knowing even more about my dental health and how to successfully keep it up.
