I bought my Subaru in Chicago so I can't tell your what the sales process is like. But we bring our cars in for service a lot more often than we buy them. The service department at John Kennedy Subaru will be the only ones turning a wrench on my ride. Great service and they communicate with customers.
I brought my new (to me) 2014 legacy in for inspection. Charles lynn was very helpful. He patiently guided me thru the process and thoroughly explained issues and resolutions. I was surprised to see a shiny freshly washed car when i picked up!! What a nice touch! During my wait I had the pleasure of meeting Ann Davis in Sales. Thank you JKS for making my extended stay pleasurable. Keep up the good work!

Leased a new 2017 Subaru Forester. Right from the test drive, talking about vehicle options, Leasing options, choices, everybody I dealt with have been very very wonderful and helpful, patient and responsive. I have been to JK Subaru previously and this is my second trip in 15 months. A biiiiiiig shout out to Bill, Kyle, John and Robert. You were all amazing and a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig thank you to all.
Walked in without a car and Drove away in a Crosstrek a satisfied customer. Ross was helpful in helping me understand everything in and out of the vehicle from the touch screen to under the hood. Recieved the full tour of the facility and all it has to offer during the time. Even the Paperwork part was quick and painless. Still happy with my purchase and enjoying my Crosstrek 5months later.
The service experience is always 5 star! They are always clean, courteous and thoughtful. I love this dealership and would recommend them hands down. ����
