Excellent experience at John Kennedy Subaru, primarily because my salesman, Tony Rossi, made sure I got exactly the car I wanted with no hard sell or hassle. He was a gentleman throughout the process. As a "woman of a certain age" I have walked out of dealerships because I felt invisible, ignored or condescended to. Everyone at this dealership treated me with respect and consideration.
