Had an appointment to test drive a used vehicle there today. Arrived and was informed the vehicle "just sold." Would have appreciated a phone call to cancel or having our appointment honored. We will not be back and will certainly share our negative experience.
We bought a used car from them this week and I have only positive things to say about our experience. Trevor our saleman was great and Andrew the finance person made everything very easy to understand. I would def. go back there again.
Decent experience with John Kennedy Subaru but wouldn't go as far as recommending them. Went in to purchase 2 cars from them. First transaction went smooth. Salesman and finance guy seemed decent. Second transaction fell flat on its face. Ended up going somewhere else. Lowballed the trade then never got back to me. I finally emailed them and got a one sentence response, then never heard from them again. Ended up going to another dealership that gave me a heck of a deal. My advice, shop around.
Reasonable prices, laid-back sales approach. Jim made it too easy.
