I just went to John Kennedy Ford and leased myself the new 2017 C-Max Hybrid. Brad and Matt were so helpful from showing the cars to making a deal. I am very happy with my decision and cannot wait to work with them again!

I took my car here today for some work, expecting a typical dealership service dept. I was totally wrong. The people here were absolutely wonderful, they looked at my car and let me know it would be all day they immediately had someone from Enterprise show up to take me to rent a car(at Ford's expense as it was warranty work). Honestly I would have sat there all day with how comfortable the waiting area was. I will now be getting all my work done here and in 2 years when I need a new Ford I will be here that's for sure!
These guys and gals hung in there with me as my 2011 Fiesta went through 3 Transmission Control Modules. They called to tell me that it was finally classified as a factory defect and they were holding a cheque' for me. They've gone over and above the call of duty to provide the very best service including free rentals. So, even if you've purchased your Ford or Mazda at another dealership, these mechanics are the BEST!
