Went there on two different days for Quick Lane oil change. First day they were all at lunch. Guess what, so was I. Maybe stagger lunch breaks? Second time - weekend. Oh we are understaffed and overbooked. Wanna make and appointment? No, I’d like the QUICK oil change. A number of years ago dropped off car for repair. Work was done. Paid by phone. Arrived after they closed to pick up car(key under mat) and the lot was gated and locked. Really? Won’t be going here for anything, ever again.
RecommendedWe have been purchasing vehicles here since 2006. Great selection, no high pressure sales. If we have encountered a problem, JKF goes out of there way to rectify it. We test drove a number of cars from competitors this go round, but still came back for another Ford from our long time salesman, Nate.
We purchased our third car from here last night. They make the entire process as simple as possible. From having the cars we wanted to see pulled up outside and warmed up to the final paperwork taking less than 10 minutes (with no surprises!) The process was seamless. John Armstrong is the best sales person who I highly recommend. He really is there for you after the sale. And Brian in finance does a wonderful job of explaining things and even giving you helpful hints about your new car. Five stars for this business!
Joe, Jared, and Jason were extremely helpful! Everyone was friendly and truly cared about making not only the deal happen but that the deal was what we wanted financially. Very highly recommend this dealership!
Always have had a great experience there when getting work on my teenage sons 2002 Ford Focus. Great staff and service manager Brenden Belge is great to deal with.

Excellent mechanics, they really know their job! Friendly greeting, clean atmosphere, nice size & comfy waiting room. They are great with updating customers on the progress and explaining diagnoses so customers can make better decisions on their vehicles. They really care about their customer! ��
Didn’t even go to the place. Looked at cars online. Managed to get 4-5 phone calls 2 days straight. Plus 3-4 emails. This made my decision very easy to not even go to the place and look for a car. I thought that once I told the manager this I wouldn’t get any more phone calls or emails from them and I was wrong. Got another email saying that they only made 3 phone calls. John Kennedy Ford of Pottstown is the only dealer I will ever work with. I have bought my last 6 cars from them and the sales staff is always eager to help and bend backwards for me. Their service department is great too! They are always willing to work with the customer on corrective action and go above and beyond. No one cares about my car as much as me but these guys come pretty damn close.
