Direct and to the point
Dr. Jarboe is an excellent doctor. He always provides eye contact and takes his time to explain items. He always ask me, is there anything else that I need to do? His staff is always professional. Even if I'm there and not feeling that great, the whole staff from being to end help the process completely.
Dr. Jarboe is does a great job caring for me. He listens and takes action to help me. He is thorough. He examines my vocal cords regularly to monitor for changes. I could not be happier with his care.
The young lady at the front desk was not super friendly, but other than that my experience was great. Dr. Jarboe was wonderful and very happy to have him as my ENT specialist. He took his time with me and is very kind and knowledgeable. Though he will be out of town for a follow-up appt I need in a few days, he personally went with me to the scheduling desk and got me scheduled before I checked out. Happy to be a part of the Piedmont ENT family.
