My overall experience was excellent. Staff was really friendly. Got my appointment week after I called. Waiting time was normal for any doctor's office. Doctor was very kind and concerned, and knowledgable of my problem. He answered all my questions and scheduled my surgery right away. My surgery went well and I had a follow up appointment a week later. I would highly recommend this doctor!!
Seems to be very nice But if you have an 11am appointment there shouldn't be 20 people waiting in the waiting room area. Not enough seats and people standing and waiting is crazy. People shouldn't be scheduled to ALL come in at the same time. The Dr walks in a little after 12pm (not complaining about that) WAITING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR OVER THREE HOURS IS RIDICULOUS. I am an 78 years old and that's not right for me to be waiting this amount of time to be seen.
