Simply put ... Fabulous dentist. I have looked for the best dentist that I could possibly find in the Capital District and I finally found one. Never going to change!
I highly recommend Dr John and crew. Dr John and is meticulous about his work, does not rush and clearly explains exactly what he is doing while he is doing it. Marsha is the among most thorough dental hygienists that I have ever worked with in the 60+ years. It is also a pleasure to work with Priscilla who is always responsive to our scheduling needs and expertly handles any and all billing issues.
A fantastic practice. They got me an appointment the same day I called, took me into the patient room immediately and worked diligently with me. The most gentle cleaning I've ever had by a lovely hygienist, and the doctor, John Guarracino, is honest and professional. Hygienist and doctor both had a great bedside manner, made me feel like family. The secretary also wrote down my insurance information to make sure I had access to it, since my employer never sent me any of the information. Highly recommended.
